Yummy GF Cake

If you are so inclined to do some baking anytime soon. Here's a recipe for some delicious GF Chocolate cake. It also has a recipe for Mint filling using fresh mint, if you were wondering what to do w/ the mint that is arriving in your garden. I'm sad that it's not a DF recipe.. but 1 out of 2 isn't bad ( GF & DF)
I would be happy with just the chocolate cake, but then it wouldn't help me use the mint, that's arriving in the garden.. hmmm

If you're wondering where I got the recipe, I'm blessed to have a family member who owns a restaurant, unfortunately, not close, but she specializes in using local & farm to table ingredients.   She was featured in a magazine recently & that's where the recipe is from.. She has some asparagus recipes posted too..
