So in the beginning of our breastfeeding journey we wore a lot of tanks
Now that I'm back to work and it's getting much colder, I need to invest in a couple things for the BF journey.
So I've heard other people try Mamas milk box, so I thought I would give it a try.
So in my profile I asked for a dress option, work appropriate tops and something casual for the weekend. I mentioned I work in a world HQ, with daily interactions with senior management. I also pump 3-4 times a day at work.
So here goes Dress #1
fail--didn't like the material at all, it was super awkwardly wide and got shorter if you put your hands into the pockets. Back it went.
Casual hoodie ( wine color )
Well I kept it, needed something long sleeve. It is a thin material. My thought is it will shrink in the wash.
Dress#2
While it is cute, I didn't dig it for our weather, while the stylist suggested wearing a blazer with it. It is a really thin material. Also lacking the business attire look. So back it went.
This is their "grey - t-shirt.
While the material is comfortable, it was soo long. The flap/top also didn't set well on my bust. It looked very choppy. Back it went.
Teal V-neck.
I kept it. I will have to wear with sweater, blazer, etc. It is not a material I would choose to wear to work, but for now it will have to do. I'll call it nice t-shirt material.
I did get a top I already had. I purchased from them-- in their outlet - sold as they only had a few left. I was shocked to get in the box. Well it went back too.
I did get one top ( picture didn't make it ) It was white and black -- The only print. It was wide, and had zippers to nurse. It was comfortable, but the sleeves were weird, and felt like I was getting choked. So back it went.
I will give it one more try, I made comments & suggestions to them. I hope they read/listen to them. I was disappointed that most items do not have washing instructions in them ( or tell you what material they are )
Here's a dazzler from me & the bebe. I told her make your funny face.
