I forgot to share in my joy & excitement from last weekend. I won this wonderful gift basket of Gluten Free goodies in a chinese auction last weekend. ( most of the cookies in this are free of gluten, eggs, dairy, & nuts) We were at a bowl-a-thon for children who have severe food allergies, most of which get their nutrients thru a feeding tube. They had a bunch of baskets with all the big Gluten free names.. The stuff is yummy if you haven't tried them you should check them out. I won 2 other prizes, but this was by far the best !
