Pie

More baking test pies. There is a from scratch pie contest at the local winter farmers market.  I want something unique. Last year 90% of the pies were apple. I made an apple too.  I am bound and determined to make something different, unique & WIN. the prize is a gift certificate to whol.e fo.ods

I made raspberry , chocolate banana, and apple ( yeah i know )  last week.
Today I  made a mixed berry .. strawberry, raspberry, blackberry & blueberry pie.

Everyone at work is going to be disappointed when the contest is over, because I won't be bringing in sample pies to test.

We'll see how mixed berry goes.. Oh yeah.. I've been doing very good on the diet too. So I'm not really sampling but just a taste of the pie.
